Franchise Fitout Group (Sheridan Torquay)
Retail & Shop Fit-outs
Our team recently worked on a new shop-fit out, incorporating luxury vinyl planks and carpet tiles to meet Australian Standards and the customer's warranty requirements. Our client embraced the growing popularity of these flooring options for their aesthetics, ease of cleaning, durability, and softness on the feet. Alongside our client, Franchise Fitout Group, we worked collaboratively with other local trades to exceed client expectations and achieve a stunning result.
Torqfit Torquay (PLAE Global)
Sporting Facilities
The refurbishment of a local Torquay gym utilised various high-quality products to optimise the space, such as 8mm Rubber, Timberline Rubber, and Turf with a ladder cut for use as an exercise zone or sled track. This is a prime example of a small gym investing in quality products and installation to enhance their clients' experience.
Warringa College
Educational
Over the course of our 20-year partnership with Warringa, a special needs school, we have completed multiple flooring projects across all three of their campuses. These projects often involve removing existing carpet tiles and replacing them with acoustic vinyls that better meet the needs of both the students and the school.
Torquay Animal House
Medical
We worked with a local veterinarian to install a timberline medical-grade vinyl flooring fully coved to their staff area. Additionally, we sourced and installed anti-slip vinyl in laundry areas and operating facilities, as well as carpeting in the upstairs Airbnb apartment. All work was completed to meet Australian Standards and hygiene requirements, while also ensuring an aesthetically pleasing staff break-out area.
Geelong Football Club (PLAE Global)
Sporting Facilities
We've had the privilege of being part of numerous AFL and national sport club refurbs and new builds with our longstanding client PLAE, starting with this project. Our work involved preparing and installing Achieve Rubber Sheeting, as well as installing one of the largest logos in Australia in the player warm-up areas. We also installed turf in the player auditorium and team dugout on Kardinia Park grounds.
Estia Health Group (Various Locations)

Over the course of our 35-year career, we have had the privilege of working in several nursing homes, including several facilities under the Estia Health Group umbrella. Our reputation for providing top-quality work while respecting the unique needs and requirements of nursing home residents has led to an increasing number of projects with Estia. Our team is highly skilled in working within a running nursing home, including the removal of furniture and existing floor coverings, and installing carpet and vinyl with minimal disruptions, especially during the challenges of the Covid pandemic. We remain committed to providing the highest level of care and service to our nursing home clients, and we are extremely proud of our ongoing work in this area.
