Gerard Brooks
Director
Through 35 years in the flooring trade, Gerard has carved out a reputation as a Sports Flooring Specialist and skilled vinyl installer. His attention to detail and specialist skill set is in high demand, particularly in the heavily regulated medical and educational sectors. Gerard exceeds in meeting the high safety standards and durability requirements required in these sectors,
To further expand his skills, Gerard has completed his Certificate in Project Management.
Gerard values his work, strives for excellence and leaves no stone unturned to achieve outstanding results every time.
Letitia Brooks
Business Management
Letitia has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and the corporate sector. She has been involved in all aspects of administration since Brooks Flooring's inception and has dedicated her career to client service in various industries and sectors. As Brooks Flooring expanded, Letitia's role within the company grew, and since 2020, she has taken on the responsibility of business management. This includes client liaison, estimating, scheduling, marketing, and all administration tasks. Letitia holds a degree in Business (Marketing) and is passionate about seeing projects come to life. She embraces her ever-increasing role in the family business and is committed to supporting the team, enabling them to provide the best service possible to all of our clients.
Sam Brooks
Second Year Apprentice
Sam has always wanted to work in the family business. Following in Gerard’s footsteps, Sam is building his skills as a flooring specialist through his work with Brooks Flooring and his Flooring Technology-Resilient Flooring apprenticeship at Holmesglen College.
Sam is dedicated, hands on and very hard working. He enjoys the physical aspects of the job and the variety that comes with it.
Sam has been labouring with the business for several years before he commenced his apprenticeship. Keen to learn all aspects of the job, same brings with him a totally different outlook and skill set valued by the business, while embracing his dad’s old-school high standards.
